At Cornerstone Rescue Training, we believe in strong, efficient training that saves lives. Our approach is practical, focused, and designed to build the knowledge and confidence people need to respond effectively in emergencies.
I bring 15 years of experience as a medical professional working in multiple emergency rooms, where I learned to act decisively under pressure and prioritize patient outcomes. For the past 5 years I have been a CPR/AED/First Aid trainer, certified through both the American Red Cross and Health & Safety Institute (HSI). That classroom and field experience informs every course I teach, ensuring instruction is clinically sound, up to date, and delivered with clarity.
I am committed to training both individuals and organizations to perform at top-notch quality. Whether preparing a family member to respond at home, equipping a small business with lifesaving skills, or developing comprehensive emergency response programs for larger employers, my goal is measurable competence and readiness.
Outside of work I love people, the outdoors, and my family. Those passions shape my perspective and reinforce why this work matters: real lives, real communities, and real relationships depend on preparedness.
My core values are foundational to who I am. Empathy, honesty, safe relationships, and awareness guide how I teach, lead, and work with others. These values ensure training is respectful, transparent, and grounded in both human dignity and practical safety.
Cornerstone Rescue Training exists to transform knowledge into confident action — because effective training saves lives.
